Why you need this page

The game saves to your browser's local storage. It is not on a server, and there is no account. That means:

• Clearing your browser data erases the save
• Private/incognito mode erases the save when you close the window
• Switching devices or browsers does not carry the save over

The two tools below let you copy the save out to a file, and paste it back in later. Do this before you clear anything, and keep a copy somewhere sensible.

Click Load my save to see it. Then download the file, or copy the text somewhere safe (a notes app, an email to yourself, a text file).

🛟 What gets saved

The save includes: your coins, player level, every dog on the meadow, stored dogs, dogs in the vet, pack recruits, court recruits, all revealed hints, and your stats. It does not include anything about your device or browser.

Saves are plain text. You can open the downloaded file in any text editor to look at it — it's readable JSON, not a binary blob.

🐛 Still stuck?

If something broke and you can still load the game, export the save first, then send it to coziestagames@yahoo.com. A real save file makes a bug report ten times easier to fix.
